Interhouse Athletics Carnival

On Friday 13 October, our students were pumped and ready for their anticipated Interhouse Athletics Carnival. Our students kicked off the day with the exhilarating 200m races, setting the pace for an eventful day ahead. Simultaneously, our youngest learners in Kindergarten and Pre-Primary delighted us with their teamwork and enthusiasm in engaging team games tailored just for them. Witnessing their excitement was a heartwarming testament to the joy of learning and play within our school.

A highlight of the day was undoubtedly the sprints, where our Kindergarten students, brimming with enthusiasm, took on their very first major race in a school carnival. Their determination and courage were inspiring, setting a positive tone for the entire event. Throughout the day, the camaraderie between the Houses was evident, with students displaying remarkable sportsmanship and respect for one another. These interactions not only fostered healthy competition but also strengthened the bonds of our school community.

Following lunch, students gathered into their respective teams, igniting the spirit of friendly competition in a variety of team games. Laughter and cheers filled the air as students showcased their skills and teamwork, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and unity within our school. These moments of shared triumphs further emphasized the values we hold dear at Beechboro Christian School.

The events concluded with a Grand School Relay that showcased our fastest runners in each House from Years 1 to 6. King came out on top, followed closely by Garlett and Nightingale. We commend every student for their dedication and effort, celebrating their achievements and perseverance.

Teachers showed once again that they are a force to be reckoned with, taking out the anticipated Students vs. Parents vs. Teachers relay race.
