ANZAC Ceremony at Beechboro Christian School

We held our annual ANZAC Day Ceremony on the 1st of May, a beautiful occasion filled with remembrance and gratitude.

Ms Thomas shared ‘The ANZAC Puppy’ with our students – a story highlighting companionship during times of hardship and the importance of holding on to hope in moments of struggle. Students from various year levels then presented plaques in honour of those who have served our country, each sharing a brief reflection on their stories.

Mr Whiteley recited the ‘Ode of Remembrance’ for the school community, followed by Year 5 student Hayley, who played the Last Post. Our School Captains then placed a wreath in honour of those who have lost their lives in service to our country.

Thank you to all who joined us for this meaningful ceremony and shared in this moment of commemoration.
